Order Cancellation Policy

1. Orders Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation through any of our customer service contact methods. Once approved, you will receive a full refund of the total amount paid. No fees will be applied for canceling orders prior to shipment.
2. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery. To do so, please follow the return instructions included with your shipment or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
3. Refund Information
Processing Period: After your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
